Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDR is recruiting a Sr. Compensation Analyst for an unnamed client. The role supports employee and provider compensation programs, develops pay practices, ensures legal compliance, and collaborates across HR functions while leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing and implementing employee and provider pay programs in accordance with company policies and compliance standards
• Supports the development and recommendation of pay practices and policies based on market and economic conditions
• Collaborates with HR teams, including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS, to align compensation initiatives with organizational goals
• Ensures adherence to applicable federal and state employment laws related to compensation and wage laws
• Contributes to the success of the compensation function through experience-based judgment and proactive project leadership

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Four or more years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role
• Demonstrated proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing
• Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across multiple HR functions
• Strong understanding of compliance with federal and state employment laws
