Culmen International is hiring a Senior Program Analyst to provide senior-level analytical support for acquisition, financial assistance, and organizational transformation initiatives. The role leads complex studies, evaluates program effectiveness and compliance, develops strategic recommendations, and supports enterprise-wide improvement efforts through stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree preferred
• * Ten (10) years of relevant experience
• * Experience with federal government
• * Strong Excel skills
