The role focuses on high availability, eliminating single points of failure, infrastructure optimization, application reliability, observability, and enterprise platform operations.

Skills

• 6–8+ years of DevOps/SRE experience
• 5+ years working with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
• 3+ years of Telemetry / Observability experience
• Strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
• Experience eliminating Single Points of Failure (SPOF)
• Strong application configuration and platform standards experience
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Datadog, EAPM, and Splunk
• Experience with infrastructure capacity, performance tuning, and High Availability
• Strong understanding of SLA, SLO, and SLI
• Experience with platform migrations, upgrades, and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience working with enterprise network, storage, and platform teams
• Experience working with external vendors and third-party teams
• Integration testing and automation experience
• LeSS Framework knowledge
• Product-focused mindset
• Strong architecture and technical leadership experience
