The role focuses on analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing insurance systems, particularly policy administration platforms, using SQL-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications
• Support, enhance, and optimize insurance systems, with a focus on policy administration platforms
• Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support system analysis and operational needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure effective system functionality and performance
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify long-term process and technology improvements
• Lead or participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries
• Prior experience in the insurance industry
• Hands-on experience supporting or working with policy administration systems
