The Technical Implementation Project Manager coordinates projects across functional areas, manages scope, risks, resources, budgets, stakeholders, and communications, and ensures projects are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer
• Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
• Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
• Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans

Skills

• 2+ years of project management or 5+ years of experience with software implementation in the healthcare industry
• Experience with project management tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or related)
• Experience managing projects of medium to large scope
• Experience managing multiple projects at the same time (12-15 at various stages)
• Experience managing project teams
• Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings with all levels of project teams and stakeholders
• PMP Certification
• 5+ years of experience in a project management role
• Smartsheet experience
• Experience working with global project teams
• Proven knowledge of: medical imaging implementations and workflows, databases and enterprise-class information systems, health care imaging - specifically Radiology and Cardiology, cloud-based systems
• Demonstrated intermediate familiarity with interface standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM and others
• Proven ability to work effectively under stressful situations, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
• Proven solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills within a multicultural environment
• Proven ability to manage project risks
