Navitus Health Solutions is hiring a Technical Lead, Analytics to oversee technical operations and provide strategic oversight of BI and data tools across its Analytics & Data department. The role also supervises system changes and upgrades and mentors team members in creating efficient reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and design decision for various tools and systems such as Qlik Data Mart, Oracle Warehouse, API Connections, BI Templates, AWS Connections and Talend
• Identify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts of changes within reporting applications
• Provide oversight and guidance related to the various technical operations systems
• Collaborate with and mentor teammates to design and deliver effective solutions
• Coordinating with the software development team in addressing technical debt
• Review ongoing technical operations, determine issues and seek to rectify them timely through partnering with appropriate cross functional departments as needed
• Maintain systems through regular ongoing monitoring and updating of the systems and software tools
• Conduct periodic, as well as enhance existing automated, security checks and audits of the systems and address concerns found
• Implementing best practices and coding standards
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent education and experience
• At least 7 years of experience within technical operations
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power B.I. or other Business Intelligence software and/or data visualization programs is required
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
• Knowledge with additional data analytic tools such as SQL, Python or R
