The Technical Operations Support Analyst will provide production support for the Optum Integrated Care Suite, troubleshoot incidents and file transfers, manage application and data flows, and support clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve issues reported by internal and external customers via ServiceNow
• Work closely with internal and external teams to troubleshoot technical issues and support break/fix efforts
• Communication and escalation of issues reported or discovered
• Technical support for file loads and transfers
• Facilitate meetings and presentations for internal teams and clients
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure internal and external processes are accurately documented
• Training and onboarding new teammates as needed

Skills

• • 3+ years of SQL experience
• • 3+ years of Excel experience, able to use formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
• • 2+ years of customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of company's products and services
• • 2+ years technical support and troubleshooting experience
• • 2+ years file load troubleshooting experience
• • 2+ years working with and assisting clients with help desk software
• • 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience
• • Ability to travel domestically up to 10-25% when required
• • Experience with Care / Clinical Management applications, workflows, system integrations
• • Experience with ServiceNow
• • Experience and understanding of file transfer platforms (SFTP)
• • Experience with Government Healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid/ACA) experience
• • Healthcare payer application experience
• • Experience with Facets, QNext and/or HealthRules claims platforms
• • Experience developing in BI/Visualization software (Tableau/PowerBI)
• • Extract, Transform, & Load (ETL) Experience
• • Azure Cloud Configuration Experience
• • VPN Tunnel Experience
• • TCP/IP Networking Experience
• • Experience incorporating AI into system and employee workflows to automate routine activities, augment decision-making, and drive measurable productivity gains
• • Proven to exhibit a demonstrated aptitude for AI and a continuous curiosity for applying emerging technologies to solve business and operational challenges
