Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a Technical Program Manager I to define, implement, and deliver complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration and coordination across multiple projects. The role oversees scope, requirements, teams, agile delivery ceremonies, and delivery across AI/automation and enterprise support tooling platforms while maintaining scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget
• Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors
• Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Facilitate agile squad ceremonies to maintain delivery cadence across concurrent workstreams
• Coordinate delivery across AI/automation and enterprise support tooling platforms

Skills

• Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, customer interaction, and management
• Implementation planning in large organizations
• Proven people management and team-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in a changing environment
• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience with software development lifecycle
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
