The IT Contracts Writer organizes and streamlines agreement execution, drafts agreements with business leads and partners, coordinates reviews across relevant teams, maintains agreement records, and helps ensure programs and services align with agreements.

Responsibilities

• This position ensures that the process to execute MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements is well organized and efficient
• The candidate will work closely with business leads and partners to draft MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements
• The contracts writer will proactively coordinate with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure that all required information is provided, issues are addressed, and agreements satisfy the respective team’s requirements
• The contracts writer will develop and maintain an organized repository of all agreements and related documentation and collaborate with business leads to ensure programs and services are in alignment with related agreements
