Nextus Exchange is a digital asset platform focused on cryptocurrency markets, tokenized assets, Web3 financial products, and blockchain-based market infrastructure. The Tokenomics & Ecosystem Specialist will support token design, ecosystem strategy, incentive models, governance, and sustainable economic growth across digital asset and blockchain products.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate token supply, allocation, vesting, emissions, utility, and incentive frameworks
• Develop token models for exchanges, Web3 platforms, DeFi products, staking systems, and digital asset ecosystems
• Analyze circulating supply, dilution, unlock schedules, staking rewards, liquidity incentives, and treasury dynamics
• Support ecosystem strategy across users, partners, developers, liquidity providers, and community participants
• Evaluate token economies based on sustainability, adoption, governance, market structure, and risk
• Research comparable protocols, token launches, incentive models, and ecosystem growth strategies
• Prepare tokenomics reports, ecosystem plans, dashboards, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with product, finance, growth, partnerships, research, and Web3 teams

Skills

• Experience or strong practical knowledge in tokenomics, cryptocurrency, Web3 ecosystems, DeFi, finance, or digital asset strategy
• Strong understanding of token supply, vesting, staking, governance, incentives, liquidity, and ecosystem growth
• Ability to analyze token models and evaluate long-term economic sustainability
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work remotely from the United States
• Experience with a cryptocurrency exchange, blockchain protocol, Web3 startup, digital asset fund, DAO, or fintech company
• Familiarity with Dune, DefiLlama, Token Terminal, Nansen, Etherscan, CoinGecko, Excel, Python, or SQL
• Understanding of DeFi, AMMs, staking, governance tokens, tokenized assets, liquidity incentives, and community growth
