A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Healthcare Transactional Associate to support healthcare mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and other strategic transactions. The role also involves drafting and negotiating transactional documents, conducting due diligence and regulatory analysis, advising clients, and collaborating with attorneys across practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Support mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and strategic healthcare transactions
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and related transactional documents
• Conduct due diligence and regulatory analysis
• Advise clients on operational, business, and compliance matters
• Work closely with attorneys across transactional, regulatory, compliance, and litigation practices
• Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare industry clients

Skills

• Active California Bar membership
• Approximately 2-6 years of law firm experience
• Background in corporate transactions, M&A, healthcare, regulatory, or related practice areas
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Desire to develop specialized industry expertise within a highly regarded practice
• For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
