Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, payments, and confirmations with accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using online booking systems and digital tools (training provided)
• Detail-oriented with a passion for travel and helping others
• Prior customer service or travel experience is a plus, but not required
