The company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and develop applications using Node.js, React, and Flutter, while performing coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and contributing to technical direction and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications using Node.js, React, and Flutter
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Perform thorough testing and quality assurance of developed features
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full technology stack
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Evaluate and integrate AI tooling into the development workflow to improve velocity and code quality
• Actively collaborate with team members on technical solutions
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on the technology stack and development best practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions
• Set technical direction and drive best practices across the team

Skills

• Experience Level: 4-6+ years of related software development experience
• * Node.js Proficiency: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js development
• * API Development: Experience building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints
• * Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• * Server-Side Technologies: Understanding of server architecture, middleware, and backend frameworks (Express.js, Fastify, etc.)
• * React Experience: 3+ years of experience with React.js, including:
• + Component lifecycle and state management
• + React Hooks and modern React patterns
• + State management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• * Flutter Development: Experience with Flutter framework for mobile development:
• + Dart programming language proficiency
• + Cross-platform mobile app development
• + Understanding of Flutter widgets and state management
• * Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
• * Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and testing frameworks

• * AI-Assisted Development: Proficient with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development and improve code quality
• * LLM/API Integration: Experience integrating LLM APIs via AWS Bedrock into production applications
• * Prompt Engineering: Working knowledge of prompt engineering fundamentals for building AI-driven features
• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• * Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• * 4-6+ years of professional software development experience

• * AI Agent Frameworks & RAG: Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation patterns (nice to have)
