In this role, you will help clients research and plan vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and other travel experiences based on their interests and budgets. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, resources, supplier education, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the travel industry and build your skills.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with researching and planning vacations and travel experiences Recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, and vacation packages Create personalized travel options and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets Coordinate reservations through established travel suppliers Communicate with clients before, during, and after travel Stay informed about destinations, promotions, and supplier updates Provide friendly and professional customer service Build and maintain relationships with clients

Qualifications
