The role leads IT projects, infrastructure migrations, application upgrades, and production support, coordinating with clinical, IT, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will lead IT projects, infrastructure migrations, application upgrades, and production support while coordinating with clinical teams, IT, infrastructure teams, and external vendors

Skills

• 15+ years of IT project management experience
• Strong knowledge of Varian applications, oncology workflows, and healthcare IT systems
• Experience in clinical application support, healthcare integrations, and production environments
• Expertise in infrastructure migration, server/database upgrades, patch deployments, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of SQL Server, networking, SSL certificates, Azure/AWS, and system monitoring
• Understanding of HIPAA, healthcare security, and compliance requirements
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• PMP or CSM certification is a plus
