Trio Impact Invest is hiring a Vice President of Customer Success to lead the customer success function and drive long-term value creation for portfolio companies and investors. The role oversees customer experience strategy, stakeholder onboarding, engagement and retention, and collaborates across teams to improve outcomes and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• The Vice President of Customer Success is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the customer success function and ensuring long-term value creation for portfolio companies and investors
• This role oversees customer experience strategy, designs success frameworks, and establishes processes for onboarding, engagement, and retention of key stakeholders
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing strategic accounts, setting and tracking customer satisfaction and retention metrics, and collaborating with investment, sales, and product teams to align solutions with stakeholder needs
• The Vice President will lead and mentor a customer success team, develop playbooks and best practices, and act as an executive-level contact for partners and portfolio companies
• The role also involves analyzing data to improve customer outcomes, presenting insights to leadership, and supporting growth initiatives across the organization

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience improvements, with a focus on measurable outcomes
• Proven track record in Customer Retention and Account Management, including building long-term strategic relationships
• Experience collaborating with Sales teams to support revenue growth, upsell opportunities, and cross-functional alignment
• Extensive leadership experience in customer success, account management, or related functions
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret customer metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including experience interacting with executive-level partners
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead distributed teams across regions
• Preferably in B2B or technology sectors
• Background in venture capital, asset management, deeptech, or startup ecosystems
