Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DeGoods, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead commercial growth for Juliska and Capucine De Wulf. The role oversees sales teams and develops distribution, channel, and customer strategies to grow revenue while protecting the brands’ positioning and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive ambitious, profitable sales growth across Juliska and Capucine De Wulf, strengthening existing customers while developing meaningful new sources of revenue
• Build our multi-year distribution and channel strategy, identifying where each brand’s target customer shops and developing the right retailers, partners, markets and channels to reach them
• Expand U.S. and international distribution through high-quality, on-brand new points of distribution that increase reach while protecting brand positioning, pricing integrity and existing customer relationships
• Lead and develop our Sales organization, creating clear accountability, strong commercial planning, forecasting and execution across channels
• Maximize our Flagship Stores as both commercial engines and the ultimate expression of our brands—building customer demand, Registry, Trade and the broader wholesale ecosystem
• Bring the voice of the marketplace to the Executive Committee, translating customer insight and company strategy into clear commercial priorities

Skills

• Significant wholesale sales leadership experience within a luxury, premium or highly design-led consumer brand
• A proven track record of building brands and revenue through thoughtful distribution expansion
• Experience developing new customers, channels, markets and geographies
• Strong understanding of digital/retailer.com, channel economics, forecasting and P&L
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• U.S. and international market experience
• Experience in fashion/jewelry, wedding registry and/or owned retail
