The role provides executive leadership for a hyperscale data center construction portfolio, overseeing operational strategy, financial performance, delivery, leadership development, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leading Directors of Construction, Project Executives, and senior operational teams
• Owning portfolio P&L, forecasting, margin performance, and operational budgets
• Setting operational strategy and ensuring consistent delivery
• Building executive-level relationships with hyperscale clients and key delivery partners
• Overseeing workforce planning, leadership recruitment, and succession planning
• Managing portfolio risk, commercial exposure, and escalated project challenges
• Aligning preconstruction, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams

• Experienced Vice Presidents of Operations, Regional Vice Presidents, and Directors of Construction
