The role creates visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, web experiences, and brand initiatives, and collaborates across teams to evolve the company’s visual identity and design system.

Responsibilities

• Create thoughtful visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, web experiences, and brand initiatives
• Translate brand strategy into engaging creative that is distinctive, consistent, and effective
• Explore multiple creative directions, iterate quickly, and present clear design rationale
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, researchers, developers, and marketers across a global organization to bring visions to life
• Contribute to the evolution of the visual language and design system, leaving your mark on the brand’s aesthetic
• Use research, accessibility best practices, and user feedback to inform creative decisions, ensuring inclusive and effective designs
• Leverage modern AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production while applying strong design judgment

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio and practical experience)
• A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, strong visual craft, and an ability to solve communication challenges, not just polished execution
• An independent thinker who is comfortable working through ambiguity and proposing original ideas
• Strong visual craft, typography, layout, composition, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with design systems and collaborating effectively with front-end developers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a global team environment
• An interest in AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging design technologies
• Experience in B2B technology or at a creative agency
• A proactive approach, consistently asking “What if?” before “What's next?”
• A mindset focused on generating ideas, not just delivering files
• The ability to balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring designs meet strategic goals
• A commitment to valuing feedback and using it constructively to improve your work
