Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. dentsu is a leading marketing and technology organization seeking a strategic product leader to shape its social technology portfolio. The VP, Product Management, Social will define product vision and strategy across social activation, audience intelligence, creator workflows, reporting, measurement, and AI-enabled capabilities, while leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a multi-year product vision for dentsu's social activation portfolio
• Identify market opportunities across social media, creator marketing, audience intelligence, AI, identity, privacy, and workflow automation
• Turn ambiguous business challenges into actionable product strategies and measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives involving business, engineering, data, design, operations, and external partners
• Prioritize investments, features, integrations, and platform enhancements based on customer needs and business impact
• Ensure products move from vision to delivery while maintaining alignment with strategic goals
• Transform one-off client solutions into repeatable, productized offerings
• Improve workflows through automation, orchestration, and platform integration
• Establish operating models that support adoption, onboarding, support, reporting, and long-term growth
• Partner with senior leaders across social, media, technology, data, commercial, and product organizations
• Support executive presentations, strategic client discussions, product demonstrations, and new business opportunities
• Serve as a trusted advisor on social technology, activation, audience intelligence, and product strategy

Skills

• 10+ years of product management, product strategy, AdTech, MarTech, media technology, SaaS, or related experience
• Experience building product vision and strategy, not just managing features or backlogs
• Deep understanding of social media technologies, workflows, and activation platforms
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business decisions and actionable plans
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
