Role Description This is a part-time, remote work-from-home Insurance Sales role, focused on assisting families with their insurance needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting and following up with families who have requested information, conducting virtual consultations, and recommending appropriate insurance products. Representatives will learn to present options from multiple carriers, explain coverage details clearly, and support clients through the application process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying current on product offerings and compliance requirements, and participating in ongoing training and development. Licensing support and structured training will be provided to help representatives succeed.

Qualifications

Ability to develop and apply skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to match client needs with appropriate products. Interest in building knowledge in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance to work with multiple carriers and products. Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication. Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access, basic computer proficiency, and professional phone/online etiquette. Willingness to complete required insurance licensing courses and successfully pass state exams (support provided). Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage part-time hours and follow up consistently with clients. Prior sales, call center, or financial services experience is helpful but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
