Ravh-IT is seeking a Workday Finance Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations within Workday Financial Management. The role also develops and maintains Workday reports, troubleshoots integration issues, and collaborates with finance and technical teams to deliver and maintain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations for Workday Financial Management (FSCM)
• Build and support complex integrations using Workday Studio
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications
• Create, customize, and maintain Workday reports to support financial operations and business requirements
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues
• Collaborate with finance, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions
• Perform integration testing, unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Monitor integration performance, resolve production issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Prepare technical documentation for integrations, reports, and support processes
• Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Finance solutions

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management (FSCM)
• Extensive experience developing integrations using Workday Studio
• Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting , including custom and advanced reports
• Experience building and supporting inbound and outbound integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and resolve data-related errors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in finance and technical environments
• Experience with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services
• Experience with Workday security, business processes, and calculated fields
• Knowledge of financial data flows and integrations with external financial or enterprise applications
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, and production environments
