[Remote] YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tech Health Connect seeks a YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist for a seasonal contract supporting high-volume digital marketing campaigns. The role plans, executes, monitors, and optimizes YouTube and Google Demand Gen campaigns, supports paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, and collaborates with media, creative, analytics, and data teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch, and manage YouTube and Google Demand Gen campaigns across funnel stages
- Handle campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance (QA), targeting, creative updates, and ongoing maintenance
- Monitor campaign delivery, budget pacing, creative performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Optimize campaigns using performance data, testing opportunities, and actionable insights
- Provide hands-on paid social execution support across Meta and TikTok
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements to support brand awareness and performance objectives
- Collaborate with media, creative, analytics, and data teams on campaign execution, reporting, and measurement
- Identify campaign delivery issues proactively and ensure timely, accurate execution
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing experience
- Significant hands-on experience planning, buying, and managing YouTube and Google Demand Gen campaigns
- Strong knowledge of campaign setup, trafficking, QA, targeting, creative management, budget pacing, and optimization
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with media reporting and measurement tools
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Candidates must currently reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone in the United States
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization
