As Retail Technology Manager, you’ll own the store-facing lifecycle of technology programs and projects, from intake, prioritization, and business requirements through launch, adoption, ongoing support, and continuous improvement. The work you do will impact beauty, as you translate enterprise technology strategies into clear, practical solutions that improve store operations, reduce workload, and give store teams more time to focus on clients.
