Revenue Cycle Management Coordinator II – Dental Billing Bloom Dental is seeking an experienced RCM Coordinator II to provide advanced billing and revenue cycle support across our dental practices. This position is ideal for someone who can independently resolve complex insurance and account issues, analyze billing performance, and recommend practical improvements. This role reports to the RCM Manager and serves as a resource for RCM Coordinator I team members and practice teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned billing, insurance, claims, accounts receivable, and collections responsibilities.
• Research and resolve complex claim denials, rejections, payment discrepancies, payer issues, and escalated patient accounts.
• Analyze aging reports, claims, and collections to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Review coding, narratives, and supporting documentation to improve claim accuracy and reimbursement.
• Monitor timely filing deadlines and payer requirements to help prevent revenue loss.
• Work assigned insurance aging through resolution and maintain consistent, documented follow-up.
• Recommend improvements to billing workflows, accounts receivable performance, and collections.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to RCM Coordinator I team members and practice teams.
• Participate in training, audits, system implementations, and other RCM projects.
• Communicate recurring issues, training needs, and recommendations to the RCM Manager.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive dental RCM, dental billing, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, coding, claims, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Experience independently resolving complex billing and insurance issues.
• Ability to interpret RCM reports and identify the causes of delayed payments or increased aging.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Training or mentoring experience preferred.

Work Arrangement Occasional travel to Bloom Dental locations may be required for meetings, training, audits, or operational support. Pay: From $27.00 per hour Benefits:
