Position Title: RMM & Automation Consultant (NinjaOne & ConnectWise Automate) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full Time About ProVal ProVal partners with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver scalable, reliable IT solutions through expert consulting, platform optimization, and automation-driven service delivery. We work closely with clients and strategic partners to help MSPs improve operations, strengthen security, and delivery exceptional service to their customers. Role Overview ProVal is seeking an experienced RMM & Automation Consultant to own a book of MSP partners on NinjaOne and ConnectWise Automate. You'll run their monthly consulting calls, deliver the projects that come out of them, and keep those partners growing with ProVal. Key Responsibilities - Serve as ProVal's subject matter expert on NinjaOne and ConnectWise Automate best practices and configuration standards - Own a portfolio of MSP partners: run monthly consulting calls, follow up in writing, and track action items in our PSA - Lead RMM implementations, health checks, optimizations, and migrations, including Automate to NinjaOne - Build scripts, policies, monitors, and automations, and integrate RMM with PSA, documentation, backup, security, and Rewst/API workflows - Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex partner environments - Scope projects, estimate hours for SOWs, and build SOPs and repeatable implementaton frameworks - Own partner retention: monitor partner health, handle escalations, and address risks before they lead to churn - Spot growth opportunities such as new projects and service upsells, bring them to sales, and share partner feedback with leadership Required Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience with NinjaOne and ConnectWise Automate in an MSP or consulting environment - Strong PowerShell scripting skills - Deep understanding of MSP operations, including patching, monitoring, endpoint management, and service desk workflows - Experience leading RMM migrations or large-scale rollouts - Excellent client-facing communication and the ability to juggle multiple partners and projects Preferred Qualifications - Account management or customer success experience in an IT or MSP setting - Experience with Rewst, Power Automate, or other MSP
