You’ll take full ownership of a prime territory consisting primarily of Arizona, New Mexico, and surrounding area in a high-growth environment. This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. With uncapped commissions, full sales support, and a lean sales structure, you’ll have everything you need to build a thriving book of business. What You Need to Succeed Extensive 401(k) industry knowledge and a strong network of financial advisors. Proven track record of selling retirement plan services, including to DCIO wholesalers. Hunter mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and driven to close deals. Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). What You’ll Do Develop and expand relationships with financial advisors, DCIO wholesalers, and distribution partners. Drive sales growth: balance top-of-funnel prospecting with closing deals. Leverage support: work with SDRs for warm leads while independently generating new business. Lead virtual and in-person meetings to pitch and present our solutions. Attend industry events to strengthen your market presence. Stay focused on sales with limited post-sale client support (onboarding handled by another team).
