About us Santi Innovation is a Taiwan-based unmanned systems design company affiliated with Dyaco International (TWSE: 1598), which has operations in Jonesboro, Arkansas. We are bringing agricultural spray drones built from Taiwan- and US-made parts to the US market. The role You will lead US business development for our agricultural drone line. You will build the dealer network, sign distributors and applicators, and relay field feedback to our engineering team in Taiwan. What you’ll do Find and sign dealers, distributors and equipment dealer groups that sell spray drones, starting in the Mid-South and Midwest Plan and run field demos with dealers and applicators Build pricing, dealer terms and sales forecasts with the leadership team Coordinate dealer onboarding, training, parts and warranty support Represent the company at trade shows and industry events Track US regulatory changes affecting the market (FAA Part 137, FCC, tariffs) What we’re looking for 5+ years in sales or business development in ag equipment, precision ag or commercial drones An existing network of ag drone dealers, distributors, co-ops or aerial applicators Working knowledge of spray drone operations; a Part 107 certificate is a plus, and Part 137 experience is a strong plus Able to work independently and travel within the US about 80% of the time Clear communication with a remote engineering team in Taiwan (Mandarin is a plus, not required)
