Job Description

Gastro Tours Atlanta is looking for a driven and articulate Sales Development Representative to spearhead our direct outreach and customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you will leverage our established brand resources, marketing assets, and target audience profiles to drive ticket sales through strategic phone calls, direct emails, and community outreach. While this position is primarily remote, allowing you to manage your daily pipeline from home, all team members must attend a mandatory 2-hour in-person meeting every Friday in Atlanta to review weekly metrics, plan upcoming campaigns, and align on goals.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales: Execute high-volume daily outbound calls and personalized email campaigns to prospective guests, corporate groups, and hospitality partners. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective attendees within the local Atlanta market and corporate events sector using company-provided resources. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate logs of all outreach efforts, customer interactions, and conversion metrics. Reputation Building: Follow up with completed tour guests to secure verified reviews and feedback, driving brand trust. Team Alignment: Attend the mandatory 2-hour in-person team sync every Friday in Atlanta for weekly planning, training, and performance reviews. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Base Pay: $15.00/hour. Commission: 5% commission on all personally generated ticket sales. Bonus: 2% bonus for every completed, verified review secured from a guest who attended a tour sold. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, hospitality, customer service, or a related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, engaging phone presence. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment to hit performance targets. Ability to reliably attend the mandatory 2-hour in-person Friday meetings in the Atlanta area. Familiarity with basic CRM tools, email software, and digital communication platforms. Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
