About the Role

Sodex Innovations is expanding across the US, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow in multiple US markets. We develop innovative scanning and surveying technology that helps construction and heavy equipment companies work more efficiently. We're looking for someone with initial sales experience, ideally in construction, heavy equipment, or technical sales, who is eager to take the next step. This is more than a traditional SDR role. You'll have the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive position, taking full ownership of the sales process from lead qualification through to closing.

What You'll Do

Identify and approach construction, earthmoving, and heavy equipment companies across assigned US markets Generate and qualify new opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking Connect with contractors, project managers, surveyors, and key decision-makers Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline Coordinate and participate in product demos and customer meetings Gradually take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing Work closely with our US and European sales teams

What We're Looking For

Ideally 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development Experience in construction, heavy equipment, surveying, or industrial sales is a strong advantage Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and building customer relationships Motivated to learn, take responsibility, and develop into an Account Executive Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset Based in the US, preferably Texas Willingness to travel for customer meetings when needed Authorized to work in the United States What We Offer $50,000–$70,000 annual base salary, depending on experience Uncapped, performance-based commission Clear career path toward an Account Executive role within 6–12 months Structured mentoring and coaching from an experienced sales colleague Hands-on product training and support from our US and European teams Opportunity to take full ownership of deals, from qualification to closing Work with innovative technology in the construction industry Join a growing international company with exciting opportunities in the US market Ready to Take the Next Step?
