About The Role QuantumFinix is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales of our AI, automation, software, SaaS, website development, SEO, digital marketing, and performance marketing solutions. The primary objective of this role is simple: generate sales, close customers, and grow revenue. You will be responsible for finding prospects, reaching out to potential customers, presenting relevant QuantumFinix solutions, following up with leads, negotiating with prospects, and closing eligible sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Cold Calling WhatsApp Outreach Email Outreach LinkedIn Outreach Lead Qualification Client Communication Product Presentation Sales Follow-Up Deal Negotiation Deal Closing Compensation & Earning Opportunity: 7-Day Training: Unpaid Monthly Sales Target: ₹40,000 Target Achievement: Achieve ₹40,000 in eligible sales to qualify for the ₹5,000 fixed monthly payment. Base Commission: Earn 10% commission on eligible sales. Higher Commission: Once the ₹40,000 monthly sales target is achieved, the commission rate increases to 15% on eligible sales, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Earning Potential: Earn up to ₹65,000 per month based on eligible sales performance. Example: At ₹4,00,000 in eligible monthly sales, the potential earning can be ₹60,000 in commission + ₹5,000 fixed payment = ₹65,000.
