Lawgent works with clients and partners in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia, and we are now building a sales team in the USA. About the role As Sales Executive for the USA, you own the market. You find US companies doing business in Europe that must comply with GDPR, the EU AI Act and other EU regulation, and you sell Lawgent's legal services and advisory engagements to them. This is a sales role: you work proactively and prospect new clients with the help of your own and our tools. What you will do Identify and reach companies in the USA that need EU regulatory and data protection expertise Book meetings, present Lawgent and close deals Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat engagements Work with our lawyers to put together the right offer for each client Build your own network of partners and referral sources We are looking for someone who Has experience in B2B sales, ideally of professional or consulting services Takes initiative and drives deals forward without waiting to be told Has strong business sense and enjoys client contact Speaks and writes fluent English.
