Fresh Look Home Cleaning proudly serves Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding communities. We’re looking for a warm, organized communicator to connect customers, cleaners, and management. You’ll help customers book services, keep schedules moving, and own the follow-through so everyone knows what happens next. This phone-centered role combines customer care, sales, scheduling, and operations. We provide paid training in our systems and sales process; you bring sound judgment, care for people, and dependable follow-through. Throughout the day, you’ll balance incoming calls, lead follow-ups, scheduling changes, and team requests. You should enjoy an active workday, be comfortable shifting priorities, and keep track of commitments so nothing gets missed. What you’ll do ● Own communication and follow-through. Respond to customer calls, texts, and emails during working hours; answer questions, set clear next steps, and keep customers informed. Escalate issues that need management support. ● Book services and build recurring relationships. Understand customer needs, recommend suitable services, explain pricing, and confidently ask for the booking using our sales process. Follow up with unbooked leads and help customers choose recurring service when it fits their needs. You’ll be expected to take ownership of sales conversations and work toward established booking and follow-up goals. ● Keep schedules moving. Review cleaner availability, help match suitable bookings to open times, coordinate appointment changes, and share accurate updates with customers and cleaners. ● Support cleaners and daily operations. Respond to routine team questions, provide clear handoffs, and assist with hiring coordination and other assigned operational tasks. ● Keep records current and improve the experience. Maintain accurate client notes, pricing, preferences, commitments, and schedule details. Notice recurring issues and share practical ideas for improving service and coordination.
