Sales Representative, Veterinary Answering Service
Role summary The Sales Representative grows our client base by finding veterinary practices that need reliable phone coverage and signing them up. You own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to sign-up, and a smooth handoff to our onboarding team. - Run discovery calls to learn each clinic's call volume, staffing gaps, after-hours needs and current answering setup.
- Present out services and tailor a coverage plan: overflow, after-hours, lunch coverage or full answering.
- Prepare quotes and proposals, handle objections and negotiate terms within approved pricing.
- Manage a pipeline in our CRM, with accurate notes, stages and forecasts.
- Hand new clients to onboarding with complete details: call-flow preferences, protocols, contacts and go-live date.
- Follow up with new clients in their first 30–60 days to confirm they are satisfied and spot upsell opportunities.
