Why Join Us: Exciting Projects, Meaningful Impact Continuous Learning and Growth State-of-the-Art Technologies Collaborative Team Environment Make a Real Difference Work-Life Balance Key Responsibilities ● Requirements: Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and configuration specifications. ● Data Cloud Configuration: Configure Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, data mappings, identity resolution, and segmentation, to meet business requirements. ● Marketing Cloud Configuration: Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audiences, journeys, and content, to support client marketing use cases. ● Collaboration: Partner with developers, architects, and client stakeholders; support UAT and defect triage through resolution. ● Communication: Clearly communicate status, risks, and decisions to both technical and business audiences. Technical Skills: ● Hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360). ● Hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. ● Ability to document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Required Qualifications: ● Experience: Prior experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant on Salesforce projects, with hands-on Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud configuration. ● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
