Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Role: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst Experience: 15+ Years Location: REMOTE Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 15+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis and strong exposure to Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent requirements engineering, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, along with experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities within Agile delivery teams. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows. Drive stakeholder engagement and act as a trusted advisor and SME for business and strategic requirements. Provide functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including data models, objects, fields, workflows, Flows, reports, dashboards, and security. Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented. Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support Scrum Master activities, including identifying dependencies, managing impediments, and facilitating team collaboration. Lead UAT planning, test scenario development, business validation, and release readiness activities. Perform impact analysis, risk assessment, solution evaluation, and identify opportunities for business process improvements. Establish BA best practices, documentation standards, reusable templates, and mentor junior Business Analysts. Required Skills & Qualifications 15+ years of overall professional experience with extensive Business Analysis experience. Strong experience in Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Expertise in requirements elicitation, BRD/FRD, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and RTM. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, configuration capabilities, and business processes. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Scrum Master responsibilities. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and business process modelling tools. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with large, cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. Ability to lead discussions with senior business stakeholders and drive strategic business outcomes. Good to Have CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or other Business Analysis certifications. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Experience mentoring BA teams and driving enterprise-wide process improvements. Prior experience in large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
