Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments. Strong experience working on Agile or Scrum-based projects. Demonstrated experience supporting projects that involved Salesforce, MuleSoft, and or Slack, without a requirement for hands-on system configuration or development. s in a fast-paced environment..
