Hands-on knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio capabilities as applicable. Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience designing Marketing Cloud data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration, Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies. Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement. Experience with enterprise solution architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization. Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management practices.
