Key Responsibilities

• Data Matching & Verification: Systematically compare customer records across two distinct databases, ensuring each entry aligns perfectly.
• Identifier Assignment: Assign a unique brighthush identifier to every client account, maintaining a clean and traceable data trail.
• Facility Validation: Review facility locations and addresses line‑by‑line, confirming accuracy between datasets and flagging discrepancies for resolution.
• Web Research: Conduct targeted online searches to gather missing hospital facility details, leveraging reputable sources and internal knowledge bases.
• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous checks on matched records, ensuring compliance with internal standards and client specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous logs of matched records, errors, and resolution actions; generate weekly status reports for project leads.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring data issues and propose actionable solutions to streamline future matching cycles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry, data cleansing, or database management roles.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) and data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
