At brighthush, we are redefining the way people experience health and wellness. With a global footprint that spans continents, we empower millions of individuals to take control of their well‑being through cutting‑edge pharmacy benefit solutions, patient‑centric support, and digital health tools. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to create seamless pathways that enable members to access the medications and care they need, when they need it. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or a passionate newcomer, you’ll find a place at brighthush where your expertise can make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

Why This Role Matters

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients navigating complex medication plans, insurance coverage, and home‑delivery logistics. Your empathy, problem‑solving skills, and dedication will directly influence the health journeys of our members. In return, brighthush offers a flexible, collaborative work environment, continuous learning opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package that supports your physical, mental, and financial well‑being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Handle a high volume of calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding pharmacy benefit services (PBS), mail‑order pharmacy inquiries, and Medicare questions.
  • Multi‑Application Navigation: Seamlessly toggle between multiple systems and screens to retrieve member data, update prescription requests, and track shipment status.
  • Prescription Coordination: Facilitate the transition of requested medications to home delivery by contacting physicians’ offices, obtaining prescriptions, and forwarding them to pharmacies for fulfillment.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Accurately enter all interactions into the appropriate systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining regulatory standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve obstacles preventing order shipment, such as coverage gaps or medication shortages, and provide clear, actionable solutions to members.
  • Quality & Productivity: Meet or exceed call center metrics, including average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—such as pharmacy operations, compliance, and technical support—to improve processes and enhance the member experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend all scheduled training sessions during the first 90 days and stay current on product updates, policy changes, and best practices.
