Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update client employee payroll information and personal data into internal and external systems, ensuring 100% data integrity.
• Maintain and refresh client and company records, including delivery addresses, contact details, and other critical account information.
• Enter State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rate changes and other tax‑related updates to guarantee compliance and accurate payroll calculations.
• Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and answer queries in a timely manner.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, safeguarding sensitive employee and client information.
• Utilize basic Excel functions (e.g., formulas, sorting, filtering) to organize and verify data before submission.
• Provide regular status updates and report any issues or bottlenecks to the project manager.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new tools, processes, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven data entry experience, preferably in a payroll or administrative setting.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
