About Trybe Trybe is a fast-growing, performance-based creator marketing platform helping brands scale through high-performing user-generated content (UGC). We connect brands with creators who produce authentic, engaging content that brands can turn into high-performing paid ads. Location: New York City (On-site) We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own Trybe's largest and most strategic brand relationships, including enterprise and household-name brands. This is a high-touch role. You'll manage a focused portfolio of key accounts and act as a true strategic partner to each brand, helping them get the most out of Trybe and grow their creator programs over the long term. You'll work closely with leadership, Brand Growth, and Product to make sure our biggest brands have an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

Own a focused portfolio of Trybe's largest brands and enterprise accounts. Serve as a trusted strategic partner to founders, CMOs, and senior marketing leaders. Lead quarterly business reviews, performance analysis, and growth planning with each brand. Identify opportunities to expand each brand's creator program and advertising performance. Monitor account health closely and act early to protect and grow key relationships. Coordinate across Brand Growth, Product, and Customer Experience to deliver a white-glove experience. Bring brand feedback and market insights back to leadership to shape the product and strategy. Help set the standard for account management and mentor teammates as the team grows. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or strategic partnerships. Experience managing large or enterprise consumer brands, ideally at an agency, marketplace, ad platform, or SaaS company. Experience at a TikTok Shop agency or managing TikTok Shop accounts is a strong plus. Proven ability to retain and grow high-value accounts. Confident with senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of e-commerce, DTC, and paid social performance. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate and work in-office.
