Key Responsibilities

Migrate existing Salesforce case records into a new case structure. Extract and transform data from Snowflake using Python scripts and existing translation files. Load transformed data into Salesforce and ensure data accuracy. Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards. Support data integration and automated delivery through APIs and SFTP. Work with dbt and ELT workflows to support reliable data pipelines. Manage tasks and deliverables through Jira. Requirements 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or analytics engineering. Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses. Proficiency in Python scripting and data transformation. Practical experience with Salesforce data migration, reports, and dashboards. Working knowledge of dbt, ELT workflows, and Fivetran or similar integration tools. Proficiency in Tableau, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, and dashboard development. Experience with API-based or SFTP-based data delivery. Healthcare or HIPAA/PHI experience is a plus.
