Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Snowflake & Power BI Work Mode: 100% Remote Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong skills in business requirements gathering, reporting, stakeholder management, and technical solution design. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective reporting and data solutions using Snowflake and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders. Facilitate business requirements development and analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions. Create and maintain reports to support business operations and decision-making. Collaborate with technical teams to develop reporting and data solutions using Snowflake and Power BI. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and resolution. Guide business users through testing, training, and implementation activities. Prepare clear documentation and deliver presentations to communicate requirements and recommendations. Identify business process improvements and ensure delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations. Required Qualifications experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and reporting. experience working with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design technical solutions. Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. experience supporting UAT, training, and implementation activities. f experience with Snowflake and Power BI. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting solutions. Work Arrangement: Fully Remote.
