Job Description

Seeking an experienced Senior Category Manager to lead strategic sourcing, category management, commercial negotiations, and contract strategies across enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute technology sourcing and category management strategies. Lead complex commercial negotiations for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and licensing agreements. Manage enterprise contracts, MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and multi-year agreements. Drive cost savings, software license optimization, cloud cost optimization, and supplier consolidation. Analyze pricing models, contract terms, TCO, and supplier economics. Manage multiple contracts, negotiations, and renewals simultaneously. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Technology Category Management. Strong experience negotiating enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, licensing, and technology services agreements. Experience with Enterprise License Agreements (ELA), MSAs, SaaS agreements, cloud contracts, and SOWs. Strong understanding of software licensing, SaaS, and cloud commercial models. Excellent financial analysis, TCO, benchmarking, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple complex contracts and negotiations in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct negotiation experience with major technology vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, AWS, ServiceNow, Google, or Adobe. Experience with FinOps, software asset management, and license optimization. Experience sourcing AI and emerging technology solutions. Background in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
