Role Description The Senior Client Growth & Engagement Specialist | Remote is a full-time role responsible for nurturing client relationships and driving engagement with Elevating Life Now’s programs and events. On a day-to-day basis, this role responds to client inquiries, provides guidance on program selection, and supports clients through their learning journey to enhance satisfaction and retention. The specialist analyzes client feedback and engagement data to identify growth opportunities, recommend improvements, and collaborate with internal teams on client-centric initiatives. This role also involves hosting or supporting virtual touchpoints such as webinars or information sessions, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and proactively reaching out to clients to encourage ongoing participation and new enrollments. The position is fully remote, requiring effective self-management, clear communication, and a high level of professionalism in virtual interactions.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse clients. Excellent Communication skills, including clear written, verbal, and virtual presentation abilities. Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on empathy and responsiveness. Proven track record of enhancing Customer Satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving. Background in client success, account management, or community engagement roles is highly beneficial. Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable technology, time management, and self-directed workflow. Ability to use CRM or customer engagement platforms, and interpret client data to inform outreach strategies. Genuine interest in personal development, coaching, or education, and alignment with Elevating Life Now’s mission. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
