For our client, we are seeking a Senior Client Manager - Voluntary Benefits to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role will focus on managing and growing a portfolio of client relationships across a diverse range of industries while driving retention and revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine consultative sales skills with deep voluntary benefits knowledge to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and market trends. This position also partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations, strengthen relationships, and use AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $119,000 – $237,500 annually

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required Experience in voluntary benefits Strong knowledge of voluntary benefits products and market 5+ years in client management or sales for large clients Strong financial and business acumen Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Current Life/Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months
