This isn’t a traditional content marketing role. You’ll experiment with video, generative AI, storytelling, and formats we haven’t thought of yet. Some ideas will be smart, some will be weird, and some just won’t work. We are completely fine with that You’ll own an experimental creative engine inside the Parloa marketing team Develop unconventional, social-first creative that earns attention Use generative AI to create videos, images, and entirely new content formats Build recurring shows, characters, and series around our company, customers, people, and industry Move quickly on news, culture, trends, and industry conversations with relevant creative Turn executives and employees into compelling content by capturing their ideas, expertise, and personalities Partner with brand, social, product, and growth to bring bigger creative ideas to life The application process Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser
