Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a central contributor to the design, development, and deployment of advanced chatbot solutions across multiple platforms. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Design & Build Conversational Flows: Craft sophisticated dialogue trees, intent models, and entity extraction pipelines using brighthush, brighthush, and other leading frameworks.
• Integrate LLM‑Based Features: Leverage GPT‑style models to generate dynamic responses, summarize user intent, and provide context‑aware suggestions.
• Develop Real‑Time JavaScript & Python Services: Write clean, maintainable code for serverless functions, webhooks, and micro‑services that power the chatbot’s backend.
• Unit & Integration Testing: Create comprehensive test suites, perform code reviews, and ensure defect‑free releases through rigorous QA cycles.
• Deploy & Monitor Production Environments: Manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot incidents in live deployments.
• Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and contact center operations to align technical solutions with business goals.
