The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving the 4 million company's members service requests. This job works closely with users around the world through email. Requirements: Manage support queues in FreshDesk Gain understanding of the company's SaaS and B2C online websites Improve templates Analyze support patterns and propose improvements Follow a structured task list Work as part of the team to ensure consistent, exceptional service at scale Must have: 2+ years experience working in a customer service role using FreshDesk A verifiable track record of consistently delivering against a required task list Clear and articulate written English communication skills Ability to solve problems Extensive experience using a FreshDesk workflow Some Useful Characteristics: Like to help Organized and results driven.
